"hm I wonder how much this is gonna worth" Swindle said on an amused tone, holding a huge piece of the allspark. He was thinking of selling this at an auction, He knew this was a little gold mine; specially with this decepticon activity. He hid it in his storage. "I will have to tinker something to hide this energy signal or I could easily end up in some unwanted situation" Swindle chuckled and transformed into his vehicle mode.

Soundblaster had picked up a allspark signal. It was coming from the nearby SUV. "Target: Confirmed," Soundblaster said. he walked up to the SUV ready to get to retrieve the allspark.

Swindle sighed "already?" he was kind of disappointed about the lack of luck here. "I am very sorry good sir" he said on an joyful tone "but as they say; time is Money" and as this was said The arms dealer speed up across the city's streets. No way he was going to let this chance go; unless anyone would be able to pay a price... well he could always try to negotiate if he was caught.

"Target: Escaping. Operation: capture" Soundblaster said pulling out his weapon. He aimed and fired at the wheel. he walked up to the SUV and prepared his credit. He hoped no decepticon would come and try and secure the allspark. "Money is what you seek? I have some from Megatron's personal stash," He said. Soundblaster knew that Megatron had thousands of credit and would not notice any missing. He had stolen some himself. Soundblaster hoped he had enough for the allspark fragment.

He cursed at the flat tired... how much time will he have to replace them."why didn't you said it earlier~?" Swindle transformed back to Robot mode. "I do not care where you get the credits; now lets Negotiate shall we?" Swindle wore a large ,almost mischievous, Smile. "since it isn't such a large piece I'd say hmmm" The arms dealer pondered, running his chin. "5000? it would probably worth more; but I'm feeling somewhat generous today... despiting you gave me a flat tire... AREM! so do we have a deal?"

Soundblaster-if he had a mouth-smiled. "Deal. I give flat tires to decepticons. I have hard of you. Swindle. you are infamous among many worlds for your double dealing," Soundblaster said taking to fragment. Swindle just had enough time to see the decepticon symbol on Soundblaster's chest. Soundblaster turned around and started walking away.

"you hear too much; theses are merely rumors, things get exaggerated from a receptor to another." He made a cash register sound. Swindle did noticed the Logo, but like always he never did cared what and to who he was selling.

"I wonder what you got in weapons stock," Soundblaster said. "Cause I'm looking for power upgrades to take down a bounty hunter. I believe his name is Lockdown," Soundblaster said.

Swindle mumbled something to himself, his Smile somewhat disapearing for a moment... "rule number one with me, never tell me your objectives." he fiddled his fingers together "I got many reasons" he mumbled. "SOOOO~! power upgrade you say? anything specific? I have customized weapons and unique items from all around the galaxy."

"I need a intense power upgrade," Soundblaster said. He activated his amps and turned to a used car lot. it had been shut down and no one had bothered to remove the cars. Soundblaster aimed and fired at a car and the car blew to pieces. "I aim to get enough power to completely obliterate the car. I need enough power for my pulse blasts to turn it into a mess of tangled and twisted metal. not just a body left," Soundblaster said staring at the flaming car body. "What do you have that amplify my power to that level?" Soundlbaster asked turning around.

"you do know that a cybertronian armor can't be compared to a normal car one, it will cost far more to be able to do that effect on a cybertronian armor." a chesire cat Smile spread on his face, He observed the car for a moment "I do not think you need a new weapon; yours is already pretty impressive. however, if you let me take a look I could simply tinker with theses." He opened his chest. "a simple upgrade would cost less then a complete weapon of course, you may trust me; surely you have heard that I am a specially in weaponry."

"Yes. I have also heard you are the master in cheat. hence the name Swindle," Soundblaster said. He pulled some of his amps back into his body and pulled off the arm ones for swindle to examine. "They fire sound and pulse blasts," Soundblaster told Swindle so no more damage could be done.

"I would say more in negotiation then cheating *arem* I got my name from an angry customer he called me a Swindler and I actually found it catchy" he shook his head and sighed "you're making me talk and its not a good thing..." He took out strange alien origin tools, a Box filled with wires and a strange looking device. "I suppose it would simply need to have its volume frequency a little higher." he said before putting a tool in his mouth and starting to unscrew the metallic grid. "doesh it hurtsh when I do thish?" he hardly said with the tool in his mouth.

"No. Power grid is completely useless when disconnected. And yes I am capable of getting Full size tranformers to talk is not all that hard. I may be human sized. but I am not all that useless," Soundblaster said. He proceeded to disconnect every amp and pulse weapon on his own body handing them to Swindle. Soundblaster hoped that none of his autobot friends saw him dealing with a decepticon.

"I never shaid you were uselessh" he took the weapons and started to tinker with their main system; he looked rather skilled with theses of course he always as been a genius in weaponry. He took the tool in his mouth and introduced the strange device. Then Swindle reached down for the Box of wires and started to connect and finish up the circuitry. "I suppose this should do it" he said tossing his material back in his chest, then, he looked down at the other cybertronian with a large smile. "that will be 500."

"500. reasonable," Soundblaster said handing over the credit. Soundblaste was picking up electric signals from Swindle saying that he thought Soundblaster was a cybertronian. "I should get that mind reading fixed. I am not a cybertronian. I am from this planet. I do not have a alt-mode," Soundblaster said before taking aim with his upgraded weapons. he looked at a row of cars and fired. The Blast flew across and ripped the cars to shreds as if they wore tissue.

a large smile drew on his face and as he touched the money he did this cash register noise."good making business with you, sir" a tad creep out by the fact that his processor could be read... he tried to focus for a clic; trying to not end up thinking about information on himself... because yes Swindle had a little secret."I see... well hum, I Suppose I am done here" he looked at the cars being destroyed in such an harsh way and it made him slightly wince; Primus he did not wanted to have the same fate as theses cars.

"I really should fix the mind reading. Electronic waves are transmitted and I can hear them. I can even read the minds of humans. and I do not feel like harming a bot I made a good deal with. but this whole thing never happened," Soundblaster said putting his amps away. as he walked he picked up Swindle's buisness plan. including a trip from the past. The planet Quintessa. Though he pretended like he never saw that memory. His next target was the bounty hunter Lockdown.

"ah well good to know" he started to walk away to a dark alley....... there was a moment that he thought about something... its was blurry, but clear enough to see... as if it was an old memory. <<have you finished the upgrade of My weapon, Armswipe?>> an autobot asked to the weapon officer. He was tall, with light blue optics and with a typical purple and burned yellow Cybertronian Armor and with a shinny red autobot logo on his chest..it was so blur as if the chunk of memory had fog all over it... Swindle spaced during this whole thought then he shoo his head waking himself back to reality.
